the private parking was under building, very good service. our queen room was brand-new. the location was convenient and ideal, just 5 min walk from pierce ranch vineyards.

Loved this clean and wonderful place, accommodating staff and new-fashioned rooms. Booked a room with nice views of the ocean. Tried outstanding muffins, fresh fruit and oatmeal.

Location just off the bay or Cannery Row, downtown Monterey, cannery row, and fisherman's wharf and the waterfront 1 mile from Cannery row. The staff - hard-working and competent.

The hard-working staff at the hotel were amazing and made my stay enjoyable. The warm breakfasts provided were a great start to my day. The hotel's central location was convenient, close to the aquarium, shops, and restaurants. Being near the beach, Cannery Row, and other attractions made exploring Monterey easy and fun.

Location good. Cannery Row and Aquarium in a few minutes foot distance. Monterey Harbor in 25 minutes Breakfast o.k. - but not anymore. Size and equipment of the rooms o.k.
Sorry, room at the priest's. No bay view. Price-performance ratio - typical Monterey - borderline. . Costs for garage (16$/day) too high for a given room rate.

Proximity to Cannery Row and shopping. Nearby golf courses also a plus. And Carmel is always nice.
On two of the three days an incomplete set of towels were left - requiring a visit to housekeeping.
